We began this blog in order to review books meant for the young adult crowd–now just because women in their 20s and 30s happen to read and love these books as well, doesn’t mean they weren’t meant for teens. And I will be the first to admit, that yes, I do love them. My point is, that we review young adult fantasy and sci-fi novels so that parents and teens can check the content of the books before they read them to ensure they are appropriate. I just started reading this book, Angel of Vengeance, over the weekend. Although it might be a great book, it’s not a young adult book by any means. So if you’re looking for your next vampire fix, and aren’t into crude language, S & M, or graphic violence, this isn’t your book.
I apologize to the author, because although this may have been a good book for the audience it was intended, I am not that audience and so I didn’t finish reading the book. My ratings are based on the first chapter, which I did read even though I really didn’t enjoy it due to the content of the book.
